paypal is starting to look like a scam company who will do anything to get your money. Now the new thing is that in order to unlock a limited account, you have to add you bank account... now why would i do that when they are not a company i would trust with my bank numbers? ebay auctions is a ripoff but when you got your money in the paypal account and they block it so the money is not use able that's total BS!

what suck about limited account is that
you cant delete your account
cant remove credit card
cant take out the money that is yours
cant buy or sell anything
to get on the phone with a agent its at least 30 min
if you tell them you want to delete you account they put you on hold until you hang up ( i seriously waited 55 min hoping to talk to a agent about deleting my account)

paypal sucks but there isn't another choice if i want to buy online so good thing i have multiple credit cards so i can make multiple paypal accounts.

an advice to anyone new to paypal...when you sell some thing don't keep the money in the paypal account get that money out immediately or spend it.

Paypal really gives you a hard time if you're from another country...

Sadly I think it is even worse than that - I think Paypal is just a symptom. The whole US trade system has Canada over a barrel. It's totally absurd.

As for Paypal, I'm in the US and for almost a decade now I've used them as my primary money-flinging device... I've never had a problem, and the convenience is great - click a couple of times, and stuff shows up on my doorstep. No hassles. I've never tried to second-guess when they were going to take or deposit the money, I just keep ample amounts where it's needed and everything goes smoothly. I think it's a lot like any other system - give them an opportunity, and they *will* hose you... so I just try not to give them the opportunity.
