When I was a kid, I made this crazy double barrel rubber band gun that STOMPED this kids (out of Knex).  But damn, don't got those toys anymore, and... I got one hell of a fly problem.  Was thinking of using a Aixiz module (as intended!  ;D) the 5mW 650 for laser sight!  You cant use even low power green, the flys flee!  Can't burn them with the RPL (even focused) because they immediately flee (Yeah, it just got really hot! )!  I think they sometimes see it before contact because they take off first lots of times.

man trying to shoot flies with rubber bands has gotta be hard

get one of these http://www.asseenontv.com/prod-pages/bug_zapper.html i got one years ago and it's great when the wife saw it she said i was throwing money away as usual but now she uses it more than me. The great thing about it is you just wave it around when your in bed at night and it zapps that pesky mosquito.

styro that is amazing, who thought of that?? i wanna see a video of this.

we have no flies around here but tons of mosquitoes, but i doubt they would work too well because they smash easily and arent nearly as tough as flies.

After months of waiting....I'm still waiting for the weather to get hot enough here to make the fly plane ;D
I'll glue scraped match heads and gunpowder to it for a more awesome effect and easier lazoring

I wonder why I missed that thread? There aren't enough flies around my area yet, it is still too cold.
