So who's taking part in this? I signed up for this, since LPF doesn't host a Secret Santa this year :shhh:

Reddit is doing a secret santa thing. That's what hes talking about.

I agree, flutterpie, it is the front page of the internet
Reddit is basically a place where you can chat and blog and rant and do all kinds of stuff you do...
Not like you can't do those on laserpointerforums though XD.
Secret Santa is like this: You research about this random person that you are paired up with and look through his/her history (yes, you get to do that). Then you decide on something that he/she would really like and buy it (Reddit says preferably over 20 dollars otherwise he/she would be pissed [not what Reddit says exactly]) And on Christmas you send his/her gift out and get your own from him/her, and post yourself on Reddit doing....whatever with your new gift!
If someone were to browse through my reddit history, someone would really find lots to do with tech stuff
I just might do Secret Santa. I browse a lot on /r/hardwareswap.

OK, I've been working too many years on the other side of the planet, then returned to Alaska... so, never heard of Reddit but I did go to their web page today. I will contribute 20 next paycheck

I would do it, but my friend has done it twice before and never got anything so I'm a bit wary.

don't feel left out I've never heard of Reddit until today either. Googling it now to see finally for the first time "the first page on the internet".
I guess they assume they know about it so eveyone does. And if Reddit is the first page what is on the second page? Just kidding
