-I don't have a girlfriend (not that I want one either, my money goes to LASERS!)

Umm... My girlfriend has bought me: (2) 6X sleds, a couple of Rckstr drivers, a few Lava drivers, a 5mW greenie, a 50mW greenie, a 120mW Rckstr driven PHR, an LPC-813, a couple of nice hosts, 5 of daguin's 635nm's, some cheap keychain laser pointers, and oh yeah... a 7x12 mini lathe!, all within the past 4 months too. All she wants in return is lingerie, and that's worth buying.

It's ok boys, you're young. Just stay away from the gold diggers.[/quote]

Ummm...you obviously have never been to Mukilteo. Most all of the girls around here are rich and petty, with no sense of a personality. Just about no girl around here would ever pay for half their dinner at McDonalds, LET ALONE buy laser parts for me.

You've never played with fire during the "dry" season?  ;)

I've totally set my yard on fire before. With gasoline and everything. Nice big area of grass burned off. Long story.

Then there was another time we set little areas on fire on purpose: we just couldn't get rid of this one big ant hill through normal means, so we mixed up a little napalm and covered the ant hill in it. It burns forever, it sucks all the air out of the hole, and the ants can't escape it. It worked awesomely.

I kinda set my backyard on fire this weekend. Was ceremoniously burning the Christmas tree (yeah, kinda late for that, but it's the first I've been home since) and mixed up some thermite and placed it on top of the tree and set it off. The molten iron basically set the whole tree on fire at once as it fell through the branches and the flames shot up about 20ft and set the surrounding dry grass on fire from the intense heat. Burned a good 15 ft out from the tree and I had to run around and stomp out the ring of fire, haha.

University (Engineering) here is free :)

It's freaking tough.....but it's free (and the private ones suck, not because I don't like "paying for university", it's that we've got the best teachers, we're internationally known :D)

FICTION

The U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln resides 10 miles from me- my dad served with the U.S.S. Shoup and the U.S.S. Ford, both working together with the Lincoln.  And no navy commander over there has EVER been that stupid- although it's a pretty funny JOKE.

@Diachi- You sound a lot like me!  We should hang out sometime- oh wait, you're in Germany.  Never mind.

HEY!  You stole my idea!  My parents wouldn't let me do this, much as I begged and pleaded...

Nice.

Oh really? Well, I was too lazy to check your profile, so I just said Germany. Either way. It's still in Europe.
