I asked c0ld to add my website, and he told me to link the forum, I was about to, when I tought I dont have the rights thing....... I have no idea what it is for...... so what is the rights and the copy rights thing for ? and what should I write in it...... and where to put it ?

Personally I have no idea. There are other websites that link to this forum with out any copyright text included. I don't know why it is needed for linking to this forum from your website.

For your website, you can just put RaulW. or mirrorlasers...All Rights Reserved. You can look at what other websites use for copyright text...it is usually at the bottom of the website.

The copyright text is to prevent visitors to your website from copying anything from your website, and tells visitors that you are the owner of all of the material on your website. Of course it doesn't always prevent people from doing so, but it is a deterrent.
