Tips are welcome, so i have no idea what diode to purchase next.

Buy all of the single modes or at least the more powerful ones. I am just waiting on a 120 638nm to finish off the ones DTR has.
I have also had better results with the Mits 500 638nm than the 700 and from what I have seen many others prefer it too. It seems to be easier to get well over 1W with it. I've got one at 1.1W and another that managed to peak just over 3W.
Don't see the must have bdr-209 in there. Couple of those.
Wow, you have a lot of the NDB7875. Have a special brass host that I will likely put one of those in if I can come up with the $. Would be nice to go with a more power full 3.5 or 6W but they s3em way out of reach for now:(
