I have an old school Orion XTR900 car audio amplifier that I'm looking to repair. It died on me just recently and when I pulled it apart i discovered 3 burnt MOSFETs and a charred 1w ?ohm resistor. The MOSFETs are Fairchild Semiconductor part number NDP7060. I'm trying to track down a suitable replacement for it, so far no dice. The specs are as follows:

Vdss - 60v
Vdgr - 60v
Id - (continuous) 75a
- (pulsed) 225a
Pd - 150w
Rds - (typical) 0.01ohms
- (max) 0.013ohms
Ciss - (typical) 2960pF
- (max) 3600pF
Coss - (typical) 1130pF
- (max) 1600pF
Crss - (typical) 380pF
- (max) 800pF

Those are the major characteristics that I need to match, for easy reference. A full specs sheet pdf can be found by googling the part number. I need the Voltage and Amps to be EQUAL TO or GREATER THAN. And the Impedance and Capacitance to be EQUAL TO or LESS THAN. But I'm having a bear of a time trying to find a suitable replacement for it that is cheap and easily gettable. If any of you electronics wizs could help me out I would really appreciate it. This is my stepfathers amp and he's letting me use it until I find a new one, so I'm pretty sure he would like it back in a working condition. Besides, I really miss my Bass.
