The LED (& Laser) Museum has a new BBS!!! :)

Hey guys...I have started a new BBS (or "forums" or even "fora" if you want to be absolutely correct here) about LEDs, flashlights, self-contained utility lights, and (most importantly to this website) small-frame lasers.

This BBS is operated with (to most of you, primitive) the VoyForums platform -- I discovered a BBS years ago running this platform. Image uploads are accepted (you have to host the image yourself either on the server that runs your website or an image hosting service like Photobucket or ImageShack), but since you use ordinary HTML image tags, I do not need a dedicated server (for storing user images, etc.) hosting it.

Just a couple of little hints here...

1: When you post a message, you'll see a field prefaced with the phrase "Name (required):"; you may enter your handle (pseudonym) to retain anonymity -- you need not post your real name unless you want to.

2: Also, to help thwart spambags from taking over this spiffy new BBS, you'll be asked to enter the Capcha code (a randomly-chosen string of at least four letters and/or numbers); this code does not need to be entered if you register as a member of my BBS -- only if you decide to post without registering.

Spammers have automatic bots to register and spam any forum. You really have to be diligent so you dont get run over with spam. It would help to find some moderators in the near future.
