Dan, Try a different set of batteries in your core, I have one and actually luv the damn thing, Its been pot modded and works very well. It has stopped working even with good batteries, after switching them out it started to work just fine after words.

Please keep us updated on your refund process. I don't know much about the core...the people that have them seem to like them. But I think they are overpriced too. Anyway, enjoy the forum...there is a ton of reading to do here which will help you make an informed decision. I really hope you get this mess straightened out quickly. There is nothing like having a nice reliable greenie..I absolutely love mine.. ;)

Yeah, I thought most people liked them from what I have read. Plus I know things likes his core too.

I myself have had dealings with WL in the incorrect shipment of some sports goggles, unfair treatment, and complete disregard of questions and requests. I really hope that you may be able to get a nice laser but since it is WL that is very doubtful. They will work around giving you back a true refund in all ways possible, for me they just outright gave me WB's when I was requesting the money to go back to paypal and it wasn't even the full amount until I contacted them again. I'm sure if you can't get a true refund that you can find a way to put the money to use however, I would recommend buying some pairs of laser shades and selling them to people on the forums, everyone is always looking for more pairs! :cool:
But that's just my ramblings, oh and one more thing.

Don't worry, I have been planning it for a while now, though I haven't got around to making it yet, I will probably buy a cheap tripod before I do it. :)

I actually want to sell My fusion ....as they gave me garbage, when I tried to ask over and over again for a FULL refund. weedling and weedling...and making me wait past the policy time to get a FULL return with promises and offers of 'better' deals.. that were not at all in any way better in the least... it works best cold... then shifts to TEM01..then Tem 02.... leave it on long enough and you'll see a donut.... and three beams..... even then though.....when focused, will ignite sharpied matches. I was hoping to at least recoop at least 400 of my 500$+ investment :-/
