And their rules have come down as an iron hammer! This is part of the new rules for the LC!

Company Names
Posting of laser company names and their accompanying products other than those approved by Laser Community are strictly prohibited. Laser company names beside Wicked Lasers, Laser Pointer, and Starphaser should be posted in a generic manner such as “another laser company.”

The LC did have some good info but this new rule is just plain stupid. I'm gonna make a "farwell" over there that's probably gonna get me banned lol!

I disagree with the "subject" of this post.....

I wouldn't exactly call it alive - I think they barely have a pulse, and when the "fun" wears out for the regulars there, they WILL screw up, and post something against the rules, then we will have 25 new threads over here again about the evils of Laser Community. *sigh* It will never end....

It's stil there after an hour! But it just makes me so mad when a company scams people. For wicked's price I really think they should start improving their products.

Yeah, at this point I know I'm skirting the edge but I don't care that much. Ever since I lost confidence in LC products, I figured it would only be a matter of time before I get banned so I'm not really worrying about it.
Gotta tell you though, while I don't think LC is the answer to any problems, I don't think LPF is either. Sorry! :-/

Psuedo - I agree....IF everyone got along a bit better, and discussed rather than arguing, and didn't worry about slamming other products and such - it could be a little bit better. Not to mention the time wasted on banning spammers in all their incarnations.
