lol sorry this thread isnt gonna be as exciting as you thought, i didnt shine at it, it was day time...to hard to see.. lol.

the law is that you cant shine at planes, but what about hot air balloons???? i mean why not?? sounds like a good idea to me!

I think the law is if you are shining a laser at any aircraft, not just planes.

Yeah. It's a device that carries people in the air, it's an aircraft. I wouldn't shine it at them :)

Be cool though, but not a good idea :)

Freaking out people in a slow moving aircraft a couple hundred feet up in the sky sounds like a good idea to you? Some people have a strange way of thinking. :-?

Well, it's far less dangerous isn't it? ::) It's less dangerous than pointing at a car.It's not moving very fast, can't crash into anything, and it basicly keeps itself up in the air.Btw, aren't hot air balloons technically airships, not aircrafts? :D

Must have missed the sarcasm then.

Sure pointing a laser at a hot air balloon cannot cause real damage, except from freaking out people. If I would point an unloaded gun at somebody I could never hurt him as well. But I can for sure scare him. Still not a good idea. ::)

that's what i do on GTA4... lol i do drive by's without shooting, i just point the gun at them for like 5 seconds, then think in my head "You as good as dead!"
