So, who here likes hot sauce? I love hot sauce! Habanero is the best. Post your favorite hot sauces here! My favorite would probably be this one organic chipotle habanero sauce from a brand called "Arizona Pepper's Organic Harvest". If you EVER see it out there, that's the one to buy! Also, Scott's scotch bonnet sauce is quite delicious.

Haha wow. Yeah, I love Sriracha too! As well as most every other hot sauce ever made. Great on rice!

I like the one my father in law makes, but its more of a spicy oil. If you like spice try this one for a different flav..

Take your favorite nasty hot peppers, cut them into rings filling 1/4 of a jar. Fill the resof the jar with olive oil. Place in the fridge and stir 2 times a week. You have to take it out of the fridge an hour or so before stirring as it hardens into almost a gel from the cold. In3-4 weeks its ready, mix it in with pasta or while BBQ-ing  steak, brutal but very nice

Other than that, im a fan of 'Ass-Kickin' hot sauce

Ah, but you're forgetting about the endorphins. Or maybe you did not know? Hot peppers, habaneros especially, trigger a large endorphin rush into your brain. You feel like the top of the world. That's my kind of drugs, the kind that isn't illegal and has no side effects. All those stupid junkies smoking weed or doing crack or whatever...ha! They are just wasting their lives.

Habaneros, on the other hand...

Around home in NC, there was a local brand called Texas Pete. It was made in NC, so it was very popular there. I've seen it some other places too, including at most every Chick-fil-a restaurant, even all the way out in California. Basically a lot like Tabasco, and not too hot, but great flavor on everything, much like with Tabasco.
