Which is good, Cholula, Texas Pete, or Tabasco?

Cholula is best on Mexican food.
Texas Pete is good on just about everything.
Tabasco is an emergency supply- when you are hot-sauce deficient, and at somebody's house who doesn't share your enthusiasm of hot sauce, it will work. Better than nothing, but not that great comparatively to many others.
