qwerty - you have to have the image hosted somewhere in order to get it to pop up in your signature like that - I can host your image for you if you like...let me know !

you would have the link in your signature block like this : (take out the spaces to make it work)

[ link ] www.blahblahblah.com/babble.jpg [ /link ] That would give you whatever that pic is, in your signature line....
It took me a while to figure out the brackets, and "link" word......

Did you use any software to resize of convert to GIF?? I'm looking for some good software that does this i've googled the nuts of things but keep coming up with junk that don't work good.

Yeah - I have seen some gif animators, but they are very cryptic, and generally suck One required you to do the animation yourself, rather than letting the PC do its' job. BAH !
