Or it could be adapted to include an RFID chip or identification bar-code easily scanable and unique to an individual...:whistle:

That is really weird. O__O

Though it is called a tattoo, the device is really more of a sticker applied with an adhesive.

Does that mean that it is removable at any point?

Still kind of creepy to me. I'm not into tattoos or piercings or anything though. About the most extreme thing I've kind of wanted to do is to dye my hair a weird color. :p

Playing devil's advocate a bit. Especially given the recent Seattle situation.

You probably already carry around a phone with you at all times.

This phone is in constant contact with cell towers. Even if your GPS is turned off, your approximate location is known, and as you are the only one that uses the phone, you are known as the person at said location.

This is already the case.

So why not develop technologies that make it easier to interface, and require less of an effort to carry around?
