YES! you get a cookie.
These are 200A 600V IGBTs in the SOT-227 package. (like how LM317 is in TO-220).
These have 2 common emitters, one collector and one gate.
Low voltage: they are often used in inverters or VFDs (variable frequency drives) for motors,
High voltage: I use them in a DRSSTC (dual resonant solid state tesla coil) and other fun stuff.
