It suggest me a windbell, or one of these "bump bells" for doors (or maybe also a "fancy style" handbell), but can't be so easy, i suppose .....

Something to do with sound, anyway ?

Not a windbell, bell for for doors or handbell.

But you're right it is to make noise.

Hint: This in particular is to warn of something.

Hint: Is used in domestic environment.

Anyway, good point about the noise ;)

That lets you know when your water is boiling.

Just wondering how the hell you get the boiling water out of that container though... and handle would have been nice :D
