That's my grandfather's old record changer. It goes in the trunk of an automobile and allows you to listen to different records at the push of a button.

It's a Tesla Turbine.

More specifically it's:
"The 200-Hp, Tesla Turbine, with the Upper Section of the Case Removed to Show the Disks, etc."
