Full lunar eclipse in a few hours!!

From wiki: It will be the first total lunar eclipse in almost 3 years, the last being on February 20, 2008. Not to be nit-picky, but thats pretty far form 300 years.

It was clear right before it started, and then it freakin clouded up. I'm attempting to get some pictures, but not with a laser in the shot at least not yet. Our little canon elph is not the best for this, but since I don't have the 5 grand for a bad ass dslr yet it'll have to do.

none of my shots came out worth a crap. Total clouded over WTF. Played around with this one a bit. Looks like a stream of blue diarrhea blowing up the moon. Hey I tried LOL.

I took some pictures. They didn't turn out real good since I was dealing with a POS tripod and cloud cover. I post them within a couple days hopefully. F***ing clouds pissed me off.

What about a big powerful laser pointed on it in eclipse condition ? (taking care about airplanes, ofcourse )

Tht would be more epic then the eclipse itself.
