Ya know, i thought my state can be retarded sometimes but wth is going on.
I swear.... Every time i read about some insanity like this it comes out of florida.

Yes, but Florida also has some of the most relaxed Gun laws in the country. All you need is an ID. It's also relatively easy in Florida to get a permit to conseal a weapon on you.

Yes I know it's easy I have a CWP , but you still need to have not ever been arrested on a drug offence and never ever a forced felony...

This along w/the test and permit fees make it very hard for felons to
get the permit. One more thng about the florida law 790...

If you use in the event of a forcible felony and the perp dies you give a statement and go home... that is a rare event , but still happens...

I am not saying that it's a bad thing for the gun laws to be like that in Florida. Shoot, I wish I lived there because of their gun laws. Where I live, Illinois, is horendus for their gun laws. You have to have a Foid card in order to buy a gun or ammo.

Ya! I know that the other states are gone with the wind on rules for ammo...

You can have a full auto license and all, after the stupid taxes on ammo who could afford to shoot it...

For this reason alone I am glad I don't live is Cal. They can have their weed... That stuffs junk anyway...

Aah...full auto...I remember those days where I used to shoot 4,000 rounds a day.
