I used to have a similar problem with my neighbors dogs crapping in my yard. I would collect the crap on a shovel and throw it into their yard, even if they were watching. Actually, it was better when they watched because they got the point. I had to do this a couple of times, but it fixed the problem.
I only mention this now because it is obvious that your neighbors know you are the evil cat killer. LOL. Screw them, take it to the next level, get a shovel and have some fun.

It's not about being liberal or not. Liberal is not synonymous with stupid. I'm the biggest diehard liberal you'll ever meet and I think that feeding strays is totally counterproductive.

Don't even try though, no book is going to help. Those people who feed strays don't want to think any way outside of their little box when it comes to that matter.
