What about the ruler game? Take one of those wooden rulers with a metal insert on one side, and rub it back-and-forth with lots of pressure against the bottom rubber of your shoe, then touch an unsuspecting person with it... hopefully it's not a girl or someone who will turn around and deck you in your face.

Regarding the "laser game" a looooong time ago I burned the radioactive symbol into my wrist. I still have a faint scar.
Oh, and my skin is fairly dark and I used sharpie to outline the symbol before I "tattoed" myself.
And just to make sure it lasted, I took my time... 30 seconds for each line... and there are a LOT of lines.
In high school my favorite game to play in class was called "sleep."
