Bloompyle do you know or does anyone know what wavelength the laser is at 3:20 in the drum n bass documentary above? It looks very aqua and far above 473nm... Also thanks again man I haven't heard that Bare Noize either. You've got a knack for knowing some good tunes! :p

ElektroFreak, that is fantastic! Did you start your own business?

Odd how it looks around 510nm o_O I'd guess they're mixing something, but what, I have no clue. A 488 argon and green?

A heavy one indeed. Definitely not one to chill with. It actually makes me kind of tense to listen to, but I kind of like that feeling sometimes. If you play this in your car it is hard not to speed too fast. I think this one was one the Ali G show. :)

I like this one too, not sure the specific genre.. electro/house?? It's really bouncy. The intro is a bit cheesy for my taste, but after 1:00 it's really cool.

Cool, thanks Sigurthr! There is so much I haven't heard. I really love hearing new stuff I like both of those! The brink track must have just come out I can't find it anywhere other than youtube. :(

Bobhaha, I like the Nero! I haven't heard much hardstyle to be honest, i like it, it's cool though. Is there a particular country where most of that style originates from?

Sigurthr, if you like metal you might like this remix of subsonic. It's pretty heavy, with scary terminator style robot voices.

"Powering up weapon systems, plasma rifle ready, rocket launchers ready... Detecting humanoids....activate subsonic Bass!"

Have you guys heard of Brown and Gammon? He does some unusual dubstep it's really creative and different. Some reggae, and Jamaican Dub influences in Gammon's remix of Jurassic by Baxta....

Well my Selecta..... Come with it! Best part of song starts at 0:50s

Parts of this one reminds me of some kind of heroic themed celebration song or something.

This is a good one for the wuh wuh womp womp womp... I really wub this one. :eg:

ElectroMagneticFreak, it mainly comes out of Europe, but there are a few guys from Australia too. I suggest having a look at the podcast Hard With Style. Its what I currently have on repeat.

It's a mix of a lot of hard style artists from around the world. Headhunterz (who is from Holland and is a sound engineer) comes out with a new episode/podcast ever month with an hour of hardstyle.

Thanks for sharing that hard style mix, haven't listened to hard style much so I appreciate the clip there! I like the first song on the mix and there are some good ones later on too.

Some chill Rasta Dub

Thanks LEDSanders, I'll add that to my want list! :D

How about something really oldschool "ravey sounding" from '92. This is the kind of music I listened to when I was younger and was the first electronic music I liked. :)
Have a listen to this one if you can, it's a real gem!

This is one of the first drum n bass tracks I fell in love with!

And the first Dubstep song which got me into the genre was...

Turn up your subwoofer. A bit on the grimy side. You're welcome.

So I didn't forget about this thread, but since I'm not much for dubstep I thought I'd just add a few of my all-time favorite video EDM moments of various types and genres.. I'm a tad old-school though, been in it for a minute. My tastes will reflect this. I also have a thing for old-shool Live PA. None of this Ableton shit (although I do love Ableton lol).. LOVE hardware.

TCM - High Roller Live

Underworld Live in Tokyo (Born Slippy)

Rabbit in the Moon - Mind Fuct Live

Norman Cook - Star 69 - BBBII Brighton England

And now just some fun stuff from my man Steve Porter:

Steve Porter Carlin Step

Oops! Forgot one: (one of my favs right here.. and it's kinda dubsteppy lol)

Neil Young - Old Man (The Funk Hunters Remix) on Vimeo

Thanks Bloompyle Meatball and ElectroFreak for some more good ones! That George Carlin is hilarious. He was a great comedian and a very smart man!

Since you guys posted some breakbeat, here's one of my favs from the older Prodigy stuff from 1994. Voodoo People! Cool video too, kind of low budget.

Edit: Just noticed the Neil Young. That's pretty funny and actually easy to listen to as well. :) I wonder if my friend who loves Neil Young would like that :p
