CALLING OUT THE SCAMMER ELECTRON

i've been trying to hear both sides of the story, but it sounds like he should be banned like he was before. im at work and but will take action on this in a few hours once its lunch time

he has been banned, if anyone thinks this action was wrong please PM me with reason why

I think that's a little unfair. As far as I can see, the 'electron' on these forums hasn't tried to scam anyone or cause any problems.

Even if it is the same guy, he doesn't look to be out to cause problems, so I don't see why we HAVE to ban him.

i have received numerous PMs about why he shouldn't be banned, and to be honest, i don't know what the full story is here

i am going to unban him for now , but if something bad happens again let me know

When people USE forums to STEAL from people’s good, trusting, optimistic nature, then they are biting the hand that feeds and should no longer be feed.  If they can't learn the first time, then it's obvious their intentions are malicious and ANY community (even digitally) is better without them.  

Edit: I'm too not fully aware of both sides, but my thoughts are general toward ALL scammers/theifs/liers etc.

i have heard many completely different opinions about this situation from many different trustworthy people, and right now i honestly don't know what to think.

if a situation arises contact me with exact proof of the problem and then i will be able to take action. i have heard people i trust from both sides of the story say many different things regarding the situation.

my conclusion on not banning (yet) is because i simply don't have enough evidence. if he did something wrong in the past and there is no evidence, chances are something else will come up in the future doing something else wrong, and there will be evidence to prove it.


please understand this is a very tricky situation for me (seems like whatever i do people are going to be unhappy). as a forum admin, this might be one of the most frustrating situations to be in.

Innocent until proven guilty, right? Since you're the admin, you can decide whether the presented 'evidence' is enough to ban this guy.

If you get a lot of contradicting stories, I doubt there's much fact in the evidence.

Hello everyone YES, I am VERY much aware of this thread since day one, and have been following it very closely.

Yes it is True there is bad blood between Greg and I for good reason, and NO I am NOT a scammer, have never scammed Greg or anyone else for that matter. Greg has never been scammed out of any monies or merchandise by me, nor was any charge-back initiated by me to PayPal against Greg as one person has posted and suggested.  NO I have NEVER threatened Greg OR his Family, just because I don't live on this Forum 24/7 with 5,000 or more posts doesn't make me guilty of anything. I have a real full-time job that I work hard at, pay the Mortgage, taxes, etc.  I also have a real Life that I enjoy, amongst my many hobbies; Lasers are just a small fraction of my time and just one of my many hobbies.

This is a matter that occurred about a year or so ago that started on CPF and moved over to LPF; it took place over the course of about 3 months.  I'm not going to say too much publicly at this time, as there are already probably hundreds of posts on this mess created by Greg in the past.  I also know exactly how this all just re-surfaced and came to light again, and will address that when it becomes appropriate, but not in the public eye for right now.  Greg can type and type all he likes with his keyboard and make stuff up. Greg mentioned Karma, Yes it is a funny thing Karma; I'll leave it at that.

You know I could have fired from the hip as they say, and spewed out all kinds of stuff back to Greg or even took the route he did and started a thread exactly like he did "CALLING OUT THE SCAMMER SENKAT"  That would make me just as dysfunctional as apparently he has become and might have been grounds for a suspension or ban of me.  Yet he seems to be allowed to blast anyone on here as he see's fit; spelling out a curse word and changing one letter is still cursing someone out, "calling someone out" now really what else is that suppose to mean? plain and simple; try that at work and they'll show you the door.

I will not dirty-up this forum by trying to respond to everything that spews out of someones keyboard. I just wanted to make this public post in-case anyone was wondering why I wasn't saying anything about this matter.

I have been in contact privately with the Admin of this Forum and will continue to work through it with him as the Adult that I am.
