Hi,
I have been in comunication with CNI lasers since I am interested in purchasing a yellow laser, and I asked them for a group buy price (in case some of you want to join).
Now this lasers aren't cheap at all, I know, but maybe someone is interested in having a yellow laser in his collection.

I asked for 3 options,

1. PGL-III-C-589/80mW
2. PGL-III-C-593.5-10mW
3. PGL-RG-655/1~250mW this last one is the multicolor RG-Y

The prices are this:

PGL-III-C-589-80mW/Unit USD840.00 for 1pc

PGL-III-C-589-80mW/Unit USD585 for 5-10pcs

PGL-III-C-593.5-10mW/Unit USD525.00 for 1pc

PGL-III-C-593.5-10mW/Unit USD390.00 for 5-10pcs


The multicolor laser prices. I have to say they are very interesting:

Can you get prices for the 561nm?

I would do the GB (stuff shipping to me and reshipping) if you can organize the rest. We people partizipating in this GB, could pay shipping to you for your efforts.

Hey smeerworst, just checked from your signature you got the same flashlight I do... the Olight SR-90.... that is sure a nice one, I love mine.

Yah it's a very nice LED flashlight with a nice reflector and good runtimes ;)
I have all filters you can get for it aswell, spare bulbs, extra battery's... full package, and i love it!

When you go out and have it on it's strap around your neck, you sure get some attention in public, and it's not even on then ^^
It looks ace and serious.
It's one of my other hobby's :) ''light in general''

Update.
I let the sales engineer know that it wasn't easy to buy 10 lasers of one kind. So he agreed that we need to get at least 10 lasers in the 593.5 and 589 range. So we can get 5 and 5 or 6-4 as long as it is 10 total units.
I also got a further discount on the 589 .......$585
And $390 for the 593.5.....

So what do you say????

I really, really want that 593.5 but...it's out of my price range! :(
I know yellow lasers aren't cheap but what's the cheapest you guys have seen them? I want one badly.

Subscribing and a huge MAYBE :) I would LOVE to own an 80mW 589nm laser, but we will see where this goes.

EDIT: hey Gun after I contacted CNI, they quoted me 330 dollars plus shipping on 1mW units. I got lucky and got one for 190 dollars used. So look around, keep three eyes open. And save your money :)

Yeah I saw you get that from JCranmer right? I might have gone for it if he was shipping to Australia :).


So with the multicolour lasers, what are they? :p lol

Is THIS the laser you're referring to? How do they work exactly, can you choose to produce one laser at a time, either yellow, green or red or are they all just outputing at the same time? Just a bit unsure as to how they work and if the yellow on it actually is a yellow wavelength or if it's created by mixing colours.

IIRC it was $320 before shipping back in 2011

I feel sorry for you lot down there. I am not the biggest fan of America there is, but I think I mostly just don't like the people who inhabit it. I work in food industry so everyone I see I perceive as being stupid, fat, and lazy. But even with all that, good ole 'Merica is great for the purchasing freedoms.

EDIT: Not too terrible for such a clean alignment! Hopefully it has dropped in price.
