Seriously, it's NOT that hard to say "no". And it's easier for the seller if you do so. Otherwise, he can wait and wait for you, or even keep something reserved for days, waiting for you to finally answer.
If you order something, but then don't want it anymore, say so. No one is gonna be offended if you do. But they could be, if you don't.

You know what's even worse? When you have a limited number of something, and everything reserved, and tell new people you can't sell it to them cos it's reserved, but then someone starts ignoring you, instead of simply canceling, and then you tell five more people, they can't have it, because you're waiting for that one for a week.
