I will cancel the claim only when I get the diodes in my possession.  If you feel you cannot provide PayPal with adequate proof by 11/28 that the diodes are being sent to me, then I suggest you refund my money and find another interested party.

And how do you suppose i am supposed to order your diodes, when paypal has the money on hold ?
You should of waited a few more days before starting the claim, you have 45 days to do so, and it has not been that long yet.

He found a new supplier... The other supplier was too slow.

I smartly didn't order any diodes from wes.  I have 2 sleds from jakes buy that only cost me a few bucks more...

I don't expect you to deliver my diodes.  Why else do you think I would have filed a claim?

Wes has assumed no risk throughout this group buy (and the last one) and has accepted no responsibility for his actions/inactions.  This was not the first time I requested that he refund my money, and he already stated that he is willing to refund my money.

I'm more impressed that they can process refunds faster than my bank can deposit checks.

Since you were ordering "extras" anyway, why don't you just not order the extras. That will make up the difference for Pheonix3200 pulling out and you can refund his money. You would still have the money for all the other diodes then, right?

IIRC in paypal once you file a claim and then cancel you can't file another...
