I just got an email from them, they said that they tested and sent my 405. For some reason I didn't get any tracking info. And yea, I've been trying to get my hands on this 447 since the whole arctic thing started 4 months ago =/ *sigh*

Maybe no one noticed this before, but both take 18650 rechargeables. And the -M model isn't actually even listed on their site, but it most likely takes an 18650 as well. If you're looking for something more standard, you're definitely better off to go for a labbie.

So CNI is back at work I believe...Is there any way to get this thing going? This thread kinda died and i've already sent my money to Glenn....

I know he can be trusted...I just want to get this thing going.

iFoSh, I'd recommend PM if you want specifics -- yes it has been a while but from what I understand the order was going to be placed very soon... This one has gone slower than others, but I know Glenn has had a lot of life events recently...

I did yesterday. I asked him about that and buying some eye protection from him. Unfortunately he only answered the question on the eye protection...I re-PM'd him and haven't gotten a response back. I'll update when I get a message.

Hmm.. Anyone around who knows Glenn / local to him / talks to him regularly?
Gotta admit that this amount of radio silence before doing a GB order is .. unusual, in comparison to the previous 10 at least...

Good news! Just got a PM from Glenn. Here are his exact words when I asked about the GB status:

Man, 3 lasers from CNI GB #11 and one coming from the Jetlasers GB #1, and a Kenometer Pro; good way to end the year.

Yep, was just about to post the same thing as iFoSh. I actually managed to just sneak in a 589 50mW model with my order as well, so that's two high powered lasers coming to me hopefully within a month or two.

*proceeds to pace for a month or two*

Woo! I can't wait for this one to come in. I'm waiting on a 200mW 405 and 700mW 447 from O-like currently being shipped along with some goggles :D

Quad: I seriously doubt anyone is getting over spec delivery of anything yellow - too new and too expensive. I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure I've read that some of the 5mw pens have actually been coming in at under 5mw, so if you order anything at 589nm, just be happy if you get exactly what you paid for!

Thanks for the tip guys. I'll wait for the next GB. I'm sure MojoLA is right about the power. I would be happy with anything 589nm for $250 bucks!
