Re: GB & Cleaning Sale for LaserGlow lasers in Jul

Thanks! Just checked the price..

I think i looked at them before but repressed the memory..  ::)

But if you actually have $2000 to spend, it sure beats the crap out of a WL Sonar..
If someone bought that, and then saw this later (and understood the difference), they would need therapy i think.

Yeah, the price is a bit up there  For now it's probably best to stick with a blue labby or RPL. I recently found a 100mw 473nm labby from CNI selling for $1125 on lasershowparts.com. I bought my blue RPL 30 for that much :p If portability isn't a big thing for you then a blue labby will provide the most bang for your buck by far. Also the labby has no duty cycle while my blue RPL heats up and stops working properly after a couple of minutes.

Re: GB & Cleaning Sale for LaserGlow lasers in Jul

Well, portability kinda is a big thing for me. I would probably try to convert it into a portable. Or at least a shoulder mounted laser with a car battery in a backpack.. ::)

But 100mW of blue sounds simply amazing! What power diode does that use?!? And does it even make sense to ask about transverse mode with that?

Glenn, i think you can safelly remove goldfingerfif from the list.

He was a scammer, that dissapeared long ago, after ripping off Jake21 i think (not sure).

Re: GB & Cleaning Sale for LaserGlow lasers in Jul

Thanks guys, I was told that the list mostly complete is soon to be O.K.'d and after that I will have to get busy letting each person on the list know what is offered as close to the request as is possible. I am fairly sure that there will be a lot of green Lg lasers and product samples (green 7 red pens) that LG doesn't list. So soon, we will know the rest. good Luck all! -Glenn

That makes me remember how lucky I am to have spent so little, and got a Viasho -5 that has >25 mW of 473 nm beauty. (BTW, I got my Viasho as a trade for an Aquarius that I got a great deal on <$500 from an LG GB).

Re: GB & Cleaning Sale for LaserGlow lasers in Jul

Well folks, I still do not have the final list of items, however, I can let this kitty out of the bag! They will near surely offer lots of pens < 5 mW (some LG, & some samples not sold by LG, in red and green only), and several Galileo old models (I will get several). They will have many travel laser cases mostly Aries type and several scratch/ dent or other problem Aries units (mostly low output), so far no rummer of any blue or yellow lasers, but I had hopes up, and the sneak peak is not complete yet. I am also doing a GB at the same time, so if you want to save at least 10% on any item from the LG site, I can assure you this GB /Garage cleaning sale is not to be missed.

Does LG offer CNI style pens, similar to Nova's X-Series?

Re: GB & Cleaning Sale for LaserGlow lasers in Jul

Not usually that I know of, however the List could contain some, and definitely will offer things LG does not sell, like sample products they never offered. If you look, I asked for such myself, if more are available, I'll let you know what and how much, iewed.

Re: GB & Cleaning Sale for LaserGlow lasers in Jul

Hey Folks!  I may still have what you want, but the GB is closed!  PM me in case I can send you a item!  I will try to post the list here.  O.K. Apologies, so an Excel spread sheet is hard to read on the Forum, so if you are interested, please PM me and send an email address, I'll email the Excel spreadsheet.  I have some interested folks' email, so  will do this for some of you anyway.  BTW, Cost of shipping is not included, figure $8 for most , about $2 insured International.

Re: GB & Cleaning Sale for LaserGlow lasers in Jul

Can you reserve "89 50 808nm fit over goggles OD7 + @ 190-360, 800-830nm slightly used, for 808nm" for me? I've been wanting to mess with 808nm recently and I just can't pass this up.
I'd also like "60 10 Lyra-F 0mW"

Re: GB & Cleaning Sale for LaserGlow lasers in Jul

I'm interested in either the Herc of Aries case, but are they the cases like this? If so, I would like the larger of two (I'm assuming it's the Herc because the Herc is a larger laser to start with).

I'm interested in -80 40 Galileo DD Old model, discontinued 4.99mW

And does the Lyra-E have any "Special Features"? Like how the Lyra-F has adjustable focus?

I added your items to the above list iewed. I think that picture is the case, but you can email Justin to be more certain.

In General, Highlighted items are reserved, but like Aries cases, if there is more than 1 then, more are still available!
