The Lyra-E that I received was a black/gold pen style laser, I believe it's the same housing as the Nova X-Series (CNI Pen Style).

So it looks more like the laser in the attached photo on the right more than the left?

Mine looks identical to the CNI laser, keep in mind though, there is a difference between the Lyra-3, and the Lyra-E.

That's what I wanted to know, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't just a look alike, thanks! I got a Lyra-3 in this GB and it is nice, although it will probably be a 300mW oen can or a 6x host soon. ;D I'll probably pick up some Lyra-E's then because they look like a nice host.

Hey friends!  I got very lucky and having bought 3 of the Cleaning sale Aries lasers w/ outputs <5-10 mW, (actually like .5 to 5 mW at first, I have gotten 2 of them to run pretty good.  One was pretty complete, but the module had gotten tweaked so, with the heat sink removed a little pushing on the module and the TEM 01 went back to TEM 00 and the dot brightened a lot.  Luckier yet, it stays put, and will output 80 to 135 mW   It also has no need or response to the side key, who cases!  I have it up for sale with the case for $180 OBO on the Buy, Sell, Trade section.  I will get a new tail battery cap needed for the second working one, and it's O.K. after similar easy tweaking.  I already had a PL III I got elsewhere, so 2 is plenty for me.  That's why I'm selling this one!  Here's a pic of it in the case that goes with it! No smoke or special exposures were used!

Are the X10DR's ever going to be in stock and ship? I've been waiting a long time and they're still listed as 'out of stock' wait 3-4 weeks.
