They are capable of 350mW pulsed and are rated at 200mW CW... 200mW of amazing, powerful, hot, and burning red!
The supplier has agreed to give me a break in the price... FINALLY... and as thus I am now able to offer them to you guys at $45 shipped in quantities of 50 or more
This is the pre-sale and I just wanted to gather the numbers from whoever is interested. Although the price is a bit high, these have shown that they can be pushed very nicely and the power is exceptionally superb and stable. I have pushed one diode up to 323mW CW before It died on me...
With enough heat sinking, these can be made to run CW with no duty cycles, outputting 200mW, with an input of just below 3V and about 350-360mA of current.
If anyone is interested, please let me know and I will add you to a preliminary list of participants until we can secure a large enough order to make this deal happen.
