Wow Amk, your getting a lot of people excited! (I'm sure) If you come through with these 12X sleds for us batch 3 participants, we're going to have to change your 'nick name' from Mr. Sled, to Mr. Super Sled!

But it doesn't seem reasonable for them to give you a brand new release like that unless it cost an arm and two legs...

It would be so nice, that i dare not even hope it...

But no, i am sure they are the same. It would seem that my 4x simply had the first kink slightly lower, so 150mA brought it out of it... Cos now that it degraded and "rolled down" it's own slope, it fell into the kink, and suddenly does 140mW cold.

But as it warms up it comes out of the kink.

Igor, that is exactly what my third diode did the first time I tested it! (The data I PM'd you the other day)

I can ship these 12x diodes to all batch 3 buyers instead of the 4x. Is everyone okay with that? should I order? or does anyone want a refund?

Sounds too good to be true Amk! But I'll take that chance for my 4 - batch 3 sleds... In fact, if you can give more assurance on these, can we add more sleds to our orders?

Or, I presume there will probably be batch 4, and so on...

im saving more orders for batch 4.

nope they are available in japan at the moment, and sleds are available in china.

I will upload pics:

The dangling diode is the 12x. The supplier took it out for observation.
