Thats what I assumed. I think its a way of covering their asses because you are supposed to be responsible for what you try to import.

RHD - did you meter yours with the included battery? I am wondering if you would also get the same results as eytyxhs due to the stock battery being garbage?
I have some good cells, but I will need to order some for my friends if thats the case.

Nope, didn't meter mine with the included battery. IMO there's always a benefit to grabbing better cells over the blue trustfires that seem to come with every darn laser I've seen
To everyone else that asked about getting in on this GB after the fact, I think it is still doable for a few days, so send me your email addresses if you want to do so (via PM), and I'll get them to DD asap.

I agree, I'm just wondering if the battery was the cause of the unstable output. I've already ordered some good cells for the 3 lasers I got.

Its possible that its the battery. With these things peaking at 400mW thats a pump of around 1500mW. If these are really cheap 18650s it may be possibly that they are having a hard time keeping up. I have never seen this happen but I have only good 18650 cells.

I measured close to 3amps at the tail on my JetLasers 532nm, and that was only 380mw. These may be pulling 3+ amps then I would guess.
