OK Here is the scoop poop.

The SH GP coppers dont fit the new SH-032/034's They do however fit the old ones Pre-Feb 2012. I had to rip apart my 9mm 445 to find all this out.

Lotsa pics to follow.. flickr is at 86% uploaded..

I do have a solution for anyone in my situation. The heatsinks will fit a UniqueFire A10-B (I baught a couple grey ones a couple months back) if we cut about 5mm off the BACK end of the heatsinks.. I am also sure there are other hosts that these will fit I just dont have them all.. lol.. Anyone having problems that finds a solution pls post your finds would be alot easier for us all.

Thanks for posting Kizdawg, :)

This problem is both the SH032 & the manufacturer.

I am going to work on getting them remade because I they were machined too large.....

It depends on your host,
If you bought it from DX after February then you may have a problem, if you bought it before them theyres nothing to worry about,

It's about .1-.15 too large so until they get remade then you can sand the side down, 0.1 is not a lot to sand, and you can keep the gold plating on the front where it matters ;)

Agreed I would say that DX is mostly to blame. I have found this to be also true on the new WF-501B's I baught where they have remade the hosts and did not make them to the origional specs so my heatsink Euda made was too large and I had to sand it down to make it fit. It sux but I cant blame anyone in particular Well mostly I blame DX.

You did what you thaught was to be right. your measurements were from the origional hosts and there was no way you could know that DX would change there plans for them.

Yes, thanks for a the pictures again Kent :)
I'm going to get replacements for all the larger ones.

Can everyone with a SH032 bought AFTER late January please let me know. And please everyone be honest, I already took losses & I will continue too, so don't say you have new ones to just get new heatsinks... Please be honest, then I will replace them for you :)

Hey, i bought SH032's two months ago. So they dont fit? I can compensate you for correct ones if you want?

Can't say for sure....

If anyone wants to help out then just paying shipping to you is great, it would help me a lot...

But whoever has them can also sand them a bit, 0.1mm is not that much, it's probably like 5 - 10 minutes At most and you can keep the front gold plated then it would fit, but that would be a temporary solution, until the new ones get here.

Can I wait until mine comes so I can test it because I bought the host from Jayrob so I'm not sure when it was purchased.
