Don't cancel the dispute until you have the laser in your hands. If you cancel it before it ships you are basically giving him permission to scam you.cmendoza said:

I'm gonna have to let the dispute come to term as without access to my money i have no way to buy teh other parts to build a laser for him.
And I am still around... just had a lot to deal with IRL lately.

It looks like we will end up paying senkat for postage?
in 3 days time i may post about wats going on between me and bluefusion. but i will do a new thread due to the the fact it wasn't to do with fusion drives. if i don't get my money a day after that all the communications between me and him will come up(chats logs from msn). i hope it won't come to this(if he pays me the money within 54 hours of this post it will be ok note it is $160aus) but enough is enough and it has been far too long.

This guy Rowan need sorting out big style. I am seriously thinking of taking this further but I don't really know how to go about it. It could end up costing me more than he owe's me.

anyway has anyone heard of someone doing a "gig" and not getting payed for it. rowan said that he was doing a light and sound for a local production but wasn't getting payed. sounds like a bad excuse.
if he doesn't pay me back i will take him to department of fair trade if i have to.
funny thing check the buy trade sell place to c him trying to sell some assembly for $400. for this news i am pleased. hopefully with this money he will use to pay back people.

Greg, if you're going to assemble all the drivers before you start shipping, I'll take mine assembled after all, I was just hoping that might speed things along.

BF - I have started a Paypal dispute towards you and have immedietly escalated it to a full claim. I was allowed to escalate to a claim because of the time span involved in the transaction.

I ESTIMATE that bills/payment req's will be sent out no later than Friday of this week to all parties involved for the shipping costs - I am figuring out the exact amount, so I am not over-paid/under-paid....it has never been my intention to "Help out" by making money off of this....I only always wanted to just get the drivers out to whom they belong, and try to help out BF - as well as the rest of the forum a little bit. I have a monstrous spreadsheet going with all the details in it (backed up, too ! I CAN be taught...don't wanna get screwed over by a HDD failure <sorry Kenom>)
