i think its best that everyone ask for there money since i got scammed by him, if he answers my emails/pm's and sends my funds ill for get everything that happened and delete my post's

What the hell is going on here? NO one, unless I've made a purchase through, has my paypal.

Check Darkshadow's IP - It's jake22/23.

Before ANYTHING happened with his ban, he asked If I could do a favour for him, he said he'd send me $$ so I can send it back in paypal funds.

Now, this money hasn't arrived, and over email he said "You better do the right thing and send me the money"... I told him, that if that was a threat he can go f himself.. I don't want his pitty cash, which apparently HE owes others..

PM me dave - Jake22 is a thief and you know it. I've made friendships with people on this board and I won't let him try take if from me. This is my hobby, and I love it. I won't steal to do it.

Moh, you held over $100 of my money, I didn't call you a thief or a scammer because it took time, I can't believe this fucker, excuse my language, has the nerve to come here and call ME as scammer..

(I'm not saying either of you are assuming I have done this)

It's Pathetic that he would do this.

Too true! Tommii is a great guy.. as soon as I saw this I was gonna say, Tommii has not been on MSN for a while, I thought something must be up. Tommii hasn't let me or anyone else down, he has bought from reputable members and I'm sure they can back him up!! Darkshadow, if you have a problem it is best dealt over PM, until you feel that this really must come public, such as the DaoO incident(s) then start posting in a separate thread!!

I have been up the coast for 3 days and going through some intense tests whilst trying to get better.

I logged on, saw this and couldn't believe it.. I still can't...

FYI - Darkshadow is jake21/22/ etc etc.. Something I found out far too late...

NP... I saw him ranting on about this somewhere else, thought it was a joke.. but obviously he is the joke.

Don't worry if he wants to take any further actions I'm sure I'm not the only one who has your back!

If you "know" this is Jake, have you reported him to c0ld? If not, you are bringing part of it on yourself.

I don't accept a vague claim from an unknown. I asked for details and got nothing. This is the wrong place to do it anyway At this juncture, I am not worried in the least about what darkshadow says. If it is Jake, even less.

Let c0ld know. Jake was PERMANENTLY banned for cause. If you are not reporting him because you think you know better than a consortium of veterans, then you deserve whatever grief you get from him.

Dave, I respect you as do others you have helped, but the way you just blurted that out, without thought that maybe I didn't know itwas jake, was a bit unfair, IMO

When I got back from treatment, I saw this, and the accusations, I then replied here, and sent Avery a PM.

I reported him as soon as I knew it was him.

I didn't "blurt" anything out. YOU said you knew it was Jake. I called you on it. If you knew before and didn't report it, part of the cause of your suffering is your inaction. It is apparent from your writing that you, at least, knew it before this "accusation" was posted herein

I have put no stock or belief in what he said. If it is Jake even less than none. I have not changed or altered our work in the least. What I have done is remind you and everyone else who reads this that we suffer/enjoy the rewards of our actions.

If you didn't report him as soon as you knew, why? If you see a known thief in your neighborhood and asked or allowed him to stay, you cannot complain when he steals from you.

Well, all this seems entirely misplaced. I think tommi and any1 else with posts here like dave's or bobha's should just delete these past few posts (including I delete mine) there's no point in having this stuff crowd up the forums, especially on a thread which is supposed to promote the sale/gb of something... I once got pissed when some1 on the forums gave me negative rep for spamming, and then when i posted it on the forums he called me a liar, and i went all the way to taking video proof to prove myself not a liar.

Basically, this is all pointless posts, and we might as well remove them.
