He responded promptly whenever I had a question. He also shipped my laser pretty much as soon as he got it, and I got it 2 days later. He really does go above and beyond to serve fellow LPF members.

im getting one from LG. But its 400 dollars! or it would be 250 with a discount by owning an aries! Im getting mine for 130.

I didn't tell anyone. What are you talking about? All I said was that I got it for that price. I didn't tell anyone HOW. What does it matter if Justin is here? I didn't want to spread the word. Justin if you want to see our PM's I'd be happy to foward them to you.

Even at price match they make money, I can't believe you wanted me to spend and extra few hundred dollars, anyways I'm guessing the cni one is the same

The results you get with a beam expander is reliant on you alligning the beam with the input lens. My 3x is easy to allign. The 10x ---- well I'll keep trying. Both are Miles_Griot -- Look the same but 10x may not be worth the bother for me.
Know what you are getting, it's bennefits and limitations.

Thanks Mike, Yeah I realize It's Kind of diffucult but From What I've read people are mostly satisfied with beam expanders.

Btw Are you an RPL fan also

I have my machined adapters made for my SKY200 ...(+)...... The 3x works great but the 10x is difficult to allign. The 2 to 5 x range seems suitable for most of what we want.

Hmmm I'll try and see if the 10X is Ok I'll do a review.

And Muffin Man I don't know. They should still be making money off of that 400 dollar item. I wouldn't pay 400 dollars in the first place i would buy at CNI. A chance to purchase from CNI doesn't come along this often in a GB with low shipping so that is why their (LG) prices are more, LG also checks their stuff, speaks perfect English, and actually has a storefront. They are not losing money, if I buy from them they make money, if I don't they don't. No company will sell at a loss unless by accident. For you to not privately tell me how to save my money thats I guess not shady but it is quite rude and frankly mean. I have 3,000 dollars to my name, I've been saving for years and now I wanted to make a small but lasting and fun purchase and I would like to save money

It's really not possible to know why another person does something, please everybody try to avoid assuming. I really think most of us want all of us to benefit, and how best to do that can be puzzling at times. Thankyou Glenn(you have PM btw). Dalorian - I didnt want to seem mean or anything. I am also on a tight budget (now down to 700 dollars) and without a job. This one purchase has taken a lot out of my laser budget. I figured out how to get a discount from LG but i didnt want everyone to be able to get a discount. Its what makes the discount "special". I also didnt want to be on LG's bad side. I didnt want them to get the impression that i was telling everyone how to get a discount. Sure they are still making money - but not as much. If you built a laser and sold it would you rather get 5 dollars profit or 30? see where i am going? I didnt want to seem rude. Sorry if i did.

I wouldn't have been mad if you just never told me you were going to tell me in the first place then going back on your word. If you never told me that i would have had no reason to get mad.

beside the point, I guess the CNI is the same one as the one from LG
