China doesnt work like the US......check the Chinese calendar, i bet they are on national holiday aka the WHOLE country shuts down for weeks on end. Sounds like you know very little about LaserBtb, lasers from China, shipping from China or just Chinese specs and promises in general.

I have a LaserBtb laser and its more than quality, over spec and overall one of the best "budget" lasers from china. Its been 10 days, calm down and wait it out. Its going to take 1-2 months for it to arrive no matter what they say (unless you bought DHL). FYI you probably dont know that all of china post is practically shut down, been that way for almost 2 months. Research prior to buying and jumping the gun is a HUGE MUST. No offense but your first post here is bashing on a trusted company, not a great start. Go read some sticky's and catch up on the news of china, companies and the whole deal with lasers. It'll be okay, just wait it out. You can never buy anything from china if you need it for a date within the next three months, its just not reliable enough

What is the difference in run time vs the 1000mw handheld and the 1600mw portable? I might just get the portable for moar power and better run time....

For that much power and not that much more money I would defiantly go with the PL 1600mw . Better heatsinking, bigger battery, nice case, I would absolutely go with the larger one for that power . The HL are fine for the lower power, but for a laser that produces that much heat, a larger host is a must.

FYI posted a link to this GB in another forum and there is some interest stirring so PLEASE bare with new users who are coming from BLF and interested in lasers. Im trying to give a crash class in the other thread but questions might spill over to here :beer:
