Ya i think the price of around $2.75 to ship the lenses is fine..
I say to make it easy on Jim, let's just have them sent to him..
And then he can sent each person there lenses, Witch we all want badly!!!:D

Any USA member willing to distribute the USA lenses to save on shipping? Its a larger part of the cost for those who are only getting a couple lenses.

Okay. I just got off the phone with the USPS and as of January 26 you can't get these prices on line. The lenses weigh 2.8 grams each. So, even the largest order will not weigh much. The first class rate is $1.61 and someone will have to take them to the post office and mail them there, or you can mail them yourself with postage stamps. It's ridiculous, I know, but that's the way it is. It's fortunate that I happen to have one of these lenses and weighed it, so there you are. If anyone wants to do this for the USA mailings I think they deserve a huge "ataboy" for their trouble. Thanks, Paul

There's some curious timing to the $6 offer...

Sort of like a Honda dealership noticing that someone is about to purchase 200 Toyotas, and saying "hold on, I can probably get you some Hondas even cheaper than that... sometime... in the future... maybe"

Well, maybe its not my place but I think we should let Jim handle this. We were all so quick to jump in on the lenses, we should at least keep our word and stick with it. If LASER66 could get us lenses for 6 bucks I know I would get a few of those too ( I bet others wouldn't mind it either). Jim worked hard for this GB, I respect that. Any other offers should be thought of as just that- another offer- another GB ;)

Its this GB (Jim's effort) that has helped really show the demand for a reasonably priced G2. This other offer by laser66 may not have come soo soon or at all without Jim's GB. Whatever the result, its thanks to Jim.

About the new offer from @Laser66 I am really curious about it...does the price include the lens holder or is it just the plain lens? If not then I'd suggest that we stick to our GB...ohhh and about the name...I will change it as soon as I get on my pc! :beer:

Jim, did you get a reply from Susie already? I´m just asking as I mailed her a few days ago about my double order and their broken page I told you in the PM. But so far no reply so I´m guessing this is because of the chinese new year holidays.
