I'm interested in 3 diodes. Though I am somewhat committed to kiyoukan's GB (I've even paid) but it does not seem to do very well. :undecided:
We should know more by Monday.

If anyone is wondering, these will include the lens as well. Some of the other parts from the projector will be available too, if you are looking for something in particular let me know!

In re - the other parts:

Is the red LED in these anything but a standard Cree or Philips high flux 3-wattish red dealy?

As of today, $30 is a great deal for the A130 diode!

By chance, have you looked into the A140 projector as a possible alternative?

I'm interested in the LED, if it's cheap. The LED is made by Phlatlight.

Is it $32.50 including paypal fees? Might want to mention that at the top. If so, then yea, I'll take 2. I'd maybe be interested in the phosphor wheel but I really don't know why or how much I'd pay for it.

I have looked into the 140, and I could do $35 each + shipping and fees for a 140. But we need to decide now before things get out of control.

I will let the LED go for $10 + a little extra for shipping with purchase of a diode.

And it is $32.50 total, you send me that and nothing more, I have calculated the fees into that.

I'll just say that I'd take either - no preference really since I didn't plan on driving it at a Watt, though it is good if I ever wish to.
