The Defendant then attempted to conceal the laser in the belt loop inside of his pants, but failed to realize the laser was still on, illuminating the person next to him."
pahahaha what a giant douche. Pity it didn't point at his hand, they could have said the all famous GUESS WE CAUGHT YOU RED HANDED LOL LOL HA...

But really, pointing a laser at a vehicle? Could have been a nasty crash. That guy deserves what he got.

Hmmm,

Powerful red laser, that has a click on/off switch, I suspect the action was carried out with a dilda laser!?

...its idiots like this that are gonna fuel future laws/regulations against owning laser pointers above 1mw...sad really.

Clearly a wanker.

I think we're only allowed < 5mW red laser in the UK anyway, but that didn't stop me importing a 400 mW green laser.

That's so stupid. I didn't think they made low power lasers with click switches... But I did make one. :p

We're allowed to own lasers over 5mW, we're just not allowed to use them in public.
