It is like telling a 4 year old not to touch the hot stove. The idiots just NEED to see what will happen when they look into the laser.

Hand them a .45 and tell them to do it with that, instead. Then they won't have to live with one eye for the rest of their lives. ;D

How long did you friend look into it for? Lucky it wasnt collimated for burning. Black pupil + burning lazer = VERY BAD EVEN FOR A SPLIT OF A SPLIT SECOND.

your pupils aren't actually black, it's just dark inside your eyes.

your retina is actually a reddish colour, like the color they show up in a camera flash.

Then maybe I should make a new equation to represent the situation?
