I'll working with 1W or higher 808nm laser diodes. So i'm in need for OD 4+ 808nm laser goggles. I've looked on ebay, but the only decent one are from China.

So does anyone know of a domestic website where i can purchase these goggles at decent price? Less than $50 preferably, but im always wiling to pay more for safety of course.

Just looked i up and here is the details.

Protective Wavelength :200-450,800-2000nm
Suitable for 405nm,808nm,780nm,980nm,1064nm laser protect

Absorb style .
Permeate of visible light :>70%
Indensity >4.0(OD+4)
Attenuation:(10-6<N%>10-4)
CE approval

Can someone with rep verify this is what i'm looking for? Since it doesn't say what wavelength is OD 4+. And from my understanding, the OD level is very different for different wavelengths.

thanks

These are just for IR OD-5, and are not Broad Band. The pair you were asking about are for multiple wavelengths.

I would get the 1st pair $45.99 if it was Me.

Well thank you for your advice. I'll get it right now.

Revision:

Oh and did you say it was $45.99? I guess the price dropped! Its 29 now.

2nd Revision:
Oh wtf, $18 shipping charges? not happy about the purchase anymore. anyone know how long it wil take? and is it shipped from china?

O-like's stuff usually arrives after about 3 weeks or so. Also the "CE approved" means nothing if it's not citing the relevant specifications. Maybe the frame is CE approved.

Still, you'll be hard pressed to find some decent goggles for that budget.
