High powered laser gun sight?

What do you guys think of a 200-300 mW laser gun sight?

Dont think it would be a problem, since a high powered laser is like a gun in that you shouldnt point it at things you dont intend to kill... or permanantly blind....

Dont know if there are any specific laws about this or if it would be covered under the general FDA bs

Too bright to use at night, and makes you easily spotable.Maybe during a sunny day, a good 50-100mW of green is required. :-/ Could also make your gun look a lot more scary if the guy sees a bright green beam from your gun to his chest ;D
