So, I'm after a pair of safety goggle's and I've contacted the local electronic and safety shops, but they don't supply them.

Now I've looked on my countries eBay equivalent and found none what-so-ever.

What are the cheapest and most reliable safety goggles that will ship to New Zealand (shipping cost will need to be reasonable too)?

I'm looking for some that go up to 200mW.

Cheers.

It depend from the use (professional, alignment, generic safety) and overall from the color of the laser ..... for generic safety with green and blue lasers, also the cheap FP ones (deep red lenses, not light orange lenses) can be enough, for professional and alignment use in the beam path risk, more professional and high cost ones are the better choice.

I'm only going to be using the goggles/glasses for recreational use, nothing more.
Right now I have a 50mW green laser, but I'm planning on making one from a DVD RW drive, which is red. I would preferably want glasses that all around supports most lasers if you know what I mean.

Thanks.

For green you need goggles with deep red tint and ret tinted goggles also block 445nm (blue) and 405nm (violet/UV/Blu-ray) red tint goggles can be bought from Scopeguy20 aka Glenn who is a very reputable member of lpf and has them for around 11-13 dollars and you can get them from radiant electronics RadiantShades for Blue and Green Lasers (LPF members get a $5 discount)

and for a red laser you can also buy goggles from Glenn for about 11-12 dollars which will protect you fine :D

If you need any help in bulding your red shoot me a PM and i will do all i can to help :)
