But if a good 200mW 532nm starts at 150$, I'd better buy a 200mW 520nm laser, that will have a better tint, consume less so heat less and last longer isn't it ?

Sci-Fi offers a 200mW 520mn at "sale" price of $219 Arcane 2.0 520nm It is probably a 120mW 520nm diode pushed to 200 mW output---- 520nm diodes are made only in 50mW, 120mW, 700mW and 1W

Am not aware of anyone else offering 200mW 520nm but there may be some members who would build one for you.

New pic, I think this one worth the price, just for the double glass lens :)

My next one will be the 150mW waterproof from laserbtb

I disassembled the laser to put a heatsink and I can adjust the Pot : At what position do you recommend me to adjust it ?

The module you found is not correct is a 3VDC ---the laser you have runs on a 18650 3.7 to 4.2 volt battery.

Try a to degrease the one you dropped---maybe buy a can of spray electronic degreaser--it should be OK -
If not possible go back to the aliexpress store you bought it from and tell them you want to buy a replacement module and what is cost. They have a "Laser parts" link showing to contact them.
They also show a 200mW 532nm module for sale Aliexpress.com : Buy Professional 200mw 532 green laser module 3.7V dot pen module from Reliable pen uv suppliers on depthlaser_store | Alibaba Group but it is $59.90
Ask them if they can get you an exact replacement module for your laser without a button switch on the driver that would have to be removed and bridged to work with the tailcap switch

If all of the above fail here is a link to a 200mW SD-100 --ti has a micro switch you will have to remove or short circuit and you will have to attach your Al heat sink ring to it --check to see if size is correct --- http://wallbuys.com/Product/SD-100-200mW-Green-Laser-Module-w-springGolden-7795

You're right, I tried. I can't wait for the reply :

If a new module to repair the laser you have is going to be $60 + shipping + time and effort , it is easier just to order another new one complete if you really like that laser @ $72 .
There is a 300mW version for $98 being sold by APT here for $98 Aliexpress.com : Buy APT Lighting 808nm 100 500mW Laser Diode/laser module/Laser Light Driver Constant current from Reliable diode light suppliers on APT Lighting Co., Ltd. | Alibaba Group

Good luck with what ever you choose to do, repair or replace.

The seller answered me to buy the 60$ 200mW laser module in his shop that surely outputs 100mW ...

I'm gonna buy this ! That's exactly the same size and power than my previous module :

532nm 100mW Green Laser Diode Module Light Lighting With Driver With Heatsink, $33.51 | DHgate.com

Looks like the correct one--driver is exactly correct SD-100 with no switch on driver board to worry about having to remove--should work fine.

For 1 piece @ $36.37 it is worth doing the repair .
The approximately $60 modules for 200mW that many people quote are too expensive--easier just to buy a new one for $72

Good luck with the repair
