I would also like to know which "laser pro" tested this nifty piece of equipment :wave:
All jokes aside. I hope that the situation gets resolved. The buyer was clearly not aware of what he was buying. My gut tells me this laser works fine and he was expecting a cut everywhere where the beam touches (like infin said) (i apologise for if i am proven wrong)
P.S. Burning a piece of white paper says nothing about the power
