This is my first review here on LPF so go easy on me.

Shipping:
For starters: I ordered my Spartan 1Watt 447nm Blue laser from
dragonlasers.com on 8/9/12 for $240+shipping+safety glasses cost. After having issues paying with my debit card, I emailed Frank from dragonlasers and he let me use Paypal as my payment method. My package was then shipped on 8/13/12. E.T.A. from Hong Kong to California,USA said 10-15 business days. Unfortunately it took longer than 10-15 business days but I don't blame Dragonlasers for the long shipping.
Below is a picture of the tracking info.

------Now onto the review------
Packaging:
When I received the package in the mail I coudln't stop smiling, I got a pair
of scissors opened up the well packed package. I opened up the protective
eyeware that I also ordered along with the laser and it came in a nice
carrying bag along with a cleaning cloth for the shades.

The laser came in an anti-static bag once I opened it up and held it in my
hands it felt great to hold.

Host:
It is very sturdy, somewhat small, and heavy.
It has a lens dustcap to protect it from dust coming into it while not in use.
The dustcap is a very cool feature in my opinion. I unscrewed the smooth
tailcap to insert the batteries, fired it up and wow what a beautiful 447nm+-
light emitted from it. (more info on the beamshots and batteries below)
The host is just beautiful in my opinion. Gorgeous black host with small grip
grooves on it smooth dustcap screw off, and smooth black tail click switch.

Power output/Burning capabilities:
Unfortunatly I do not have a Laser Power Meter but I can assure you that it is
onspec if not a little overspec.
Balloons are a joke to pop with this thing as they pop instantly.
Matches ignite instantly, even from a distance. It cuts through electrical
tape fairly quickly, this thing lights cigarettes easily, engraves in wood
quickly. The video below will show you many interesting burning things this
thing does.

Batteries:
This laser requires 2x CR123a batteries. I ordered 4x Tenergy 3.2v 750MA
Rechargable LiFEp04 Li-ion's and a charger for them from
BatteryJunction.com Batteries, Battery Chargers, Flashlights, Solar Products & more!
------------
I saw many reccomendations of these batteries for this laser and so far they
work great for me. I get about 20-25 mins of usage time with them and I
haven't even gone through 3x charge cycles of them yet so they aren't at their full potential.
WARNING: do NOT use 3.7v batteries in this laser as it will damage your laser.

Dragonlasers support:
I had a few questions during my ordering process and Frank from Dragonlasers
responded to all of my questions within 24 hours. The customer service I have received from Dragonlasers is just phenomenal. Even in the past when I ordered my Viper 75mW from them they helped me through anything I needed. (maybe I will do a review on my 75mW viper soon!)

Price: 7/10
Shipping: 6/10(not DL's fault)
Host: 10/10
Output: 10/10
Customer Support: 10/10
------------------------------
Overall: 9/10

I reccommend dragonlasers to anyone looking to buy high quality lasers for a
decent price.

Thank you Cel, I will try to take some better pictures later today. I already have a video of my laser burning things. Unfortunately I only have an iPhone 4S camera to take pictures/videos with so the quality isn't that great but I will try for some better beamshots and burn shots today.
