wel u cant realy do a lot wrong for that amount of money
But i stil seriously doubt this pen wil emit anything near 100 mw of green light.
Its probably more like 30-50 mw green max and 50-70 mw of unfilterd ir from the pump diode

IMO you can't really go wrong at that price. Even if it only puts out 50mw you'll still be getting a good deal.
I would say no because in my opinion they don't last long.
I've had the same one (alot actually) from ebay, and when my dad went to hong kong / china.
They don't last long, and they give me headaches due to the lack of ir filter
my advice would be just save up alittle more and go for a genuine one, it will last you longer, and in the long run -> save you money.

And you have around 100mw or with 1 lithium 10440 maybe 120mw, this can do something! (besides looking good) :
Stick the skin maybe light brown match if the laser is in a good mood.
Normaly pop black ballons not to far away.
