Review of sk8er4514 or HighTechDealZ

Hi everyone. I'm sure you already know that sk8er4514 is an awesome guy.
For those who don't know who he is, he is the owner of High Tech DealZ, Simplifying the LASER Hobby! which sells laser diodes, aixiz modules, sleds, and lots of other great laser products.

I've done business three times with him in the past 2 weeks and I have to say, he has the BEST customer service I've ever dealt with.
I'll send him a PM and he'd get back to me with a thorough answer as soon as he could.

Every item that I've bought from him has been shipped out to me in a timely manner (1-3 days) and arrives at my door just a couple days later.
The item is always well packaged in a bubble mailer.

His prices are low mainly because of the FREE shipping.
For Californians, I can tell you that I get my packages about 2 days after the item is shipped out.

HighTechDealZ is the way to go if you want quality service and quality products delivered to you in a timely manner.

True i can vouch for kendall also. He has great prices and ships very fast! I dont have any complaints what so ever about him.

Kendall's the best, not ONCE have I ever heard a complaint about him nor his site.

I had to get a charger + batteries fast and he managed to ship it the same day I ordered.



However, this thread should be moved to the feedback section.

oh. yeah i couldnt decide which subforum to put it into, cuz theres companies, reviews, and feedback.. so i just chose reviews.

another one to mention is DarkLasers I am sure you have seen his banners all over.
we recently had a problem with an order I made and he was stellar in getting it resolved I couldn't have asked for better service.

Its been 10 days since I ordered 445nm 1W (1000mW) Blue Brand New Laser Diode in Aixiz Module from his site, and it still has not even shipped! I can understand if there was a problem with the payment or a address, or something of the sort, but he wont respond to any of my emails either! At this point it seems like it might have been better to order a similar diode from a different company, even at the extra price. I really hope I don't have to contact the credit card company and cancel the order.
